Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Getting a wax isn't awkward or uncomfortable. All staff use gloves and don't double dip the waxing sticks. They take their time with each wax session. Everything is clean and booking is easy. Although I wish there was an app. Prices are cheaper than European wax center for the same quality of service, probably even better than EWC.
