• The ambiance is fresh, relaxing, and clean. The front desk personnel are always friendly and helpful. I have been going to Lisa Ha for 3 yrs. If I haven't been able to come in for a while, she still greets me with recognition and says she is happy to see me again. I receive consistent, outstanding results. She has great attention to detail. Yesterday while she was doing regular polish mani, I accidentally hit a couple of my wet nails on the counter edge. Without complaining, she happily fixed it and I apologized. For pedi's, she puts a cushion behind my lower back when I ask. THAT is great customer service.
