• MINDY - i gave it a 10 because Lisa helped. We all read the safety procedures and agree. but Sunday morning 3 ladies came in with no masks. and ALL sat down for the pedi with no masks and no one saying anything to them. I would think the front desk would catch it. I asked Lisa if the policy relaxed, she said no and said something to one of the pedicures. 1 lady put her mask up (1/2 way- still with nose exposed) EVERYONE BUT THE 3 LADIES HAD MASKS ON, including a child with her sister and mother!!! but no one said anything. I felt uncomfortable. I know its hard to play police, but just like in the movies, occasionally an usher walks through and looks to make sure everyone is masked, maybe something could be worked out. over 40 people were there masked, 3 were not.... what if all the customers/guests masked feel uncomfortable enough not to rebook..... There is no easy answer, its a messed-up world right now, but rules are rules, but only if they are followed and enforced. I just wanted to let you know. You know I'll be back.... but I can't say I felt safe. (Lisa gets extra stars for trying to fix it) it's certainly isn't fair to the staff. ok ok i got it out of my system
