• I made a reservation the day before, with my favorite technician and unfortunately I showed up 15 minutes late… Instead of penalizing me they were so courteous and placed me immediately with another wonderful available technician for a pedicure. By the time my pedicure had concluded, my original technician was available to do my fingernails… They were just so kind and accommodating… Thank you!!!
