• I went in for a gel x polish removal. The technician was very thorough and I wasn't expecting him to file my nails and actually leave them looking nice after. I only expected the polish to be removed. So it was a great service!

• The second Technician Carla Beaz was great, friendly and did an amazing job after the first one on me I said I preferred to remove gel with the machine instead of liquid, but agreed to try her suggestion of using liquid. She stated to the front desk that she could not meet my needs, which was a total lie. I learned thatthe does not like customers to say anything to her.
