• Because their nail Tech Vincent is outstanding in his nail techniques. No nicks or skin swipes on nails or toes. He’s very precise on his pedicure procedures does not speed through service. And has nice conversation and openly explains his polishes and supplies if asked. He is a great asset to Toi Spa .
