• Excellent booking and service. I didn't receive a greeting when I walked in (someone was on the phone) so I was unsure if i was to check in online or if there was a self-checkin option (sometimes typical of Mindbody). Eventually they got off the phone and I walked up again to say hello. Perhaps just a sign to "Please check in with the desk" would eliminate the question for new customers. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.
