1. Good hygiene and sanitary practices between clients: Linens and face cradle covers are changed between clients. 2. Comfort: Heated tables and proper lighting and sound for relaxation. 3. Therapists: All are certified through recognized massage therapy programs. Use proper draping techniques during the massage to only expose areas that are being treated. 4. Front Desk: Very professional, friendly, and efficient. They process your payments and gratuities, but don't make you feel like you are just an income stream. Comforting environment!
