I chose this score because Eric's massage techniques don't stress and overwhelm my muscles and central nervous system. I'm not sorer the next day. He works with the muscle groups, with what works to get them to let go and correct. I'm not walking out of there feeling 100% healed. The changes are gradual. Yesterday, maybe a week after my massage, the chronic back pain I have been struggling with for two months, only reminded me that it was there at the very end of the day instead of being an all day issue. I haven't been babying my back or doing less, either. If anything, I've been more active. Eric is a rock star. Super reliable. Always learning more. He's a walking testimony for what works and I find that to be inspirational. I definitely want to have him show me some exercises I can do that will help my posture so I can get completely out of back pain.
