Yesterday had a sports massage with Eric. Primarily I wanted to make sure I was good to go for my marathon this weekend, though I have been having lingering hip pain (which hasn't interfered with my running) since March. The hip pain had made it hard to find a comfortable position to sleep. Last night I was overjoyed to discover that I could roll over without pain. I could sleep comfortably again! I hadn't even thought a massage could fix that. Eric is amazing!
