Able to fit me in, which was amazing. Massage therapist was very responsive to my needs ... a very sore neck and shoulders. He was a great communicator, hearing my thoughts, asking good questions, and checking in with me that the pressure was okay as well as telling me when something might be uncomfortable and how so.
