I'd strained my right trap and was in pretty significant pain for almost a week. Caroline cared for me holistically, tackling both shoulders and through to my wrists; I couldn't believe how many knots I had!! She did an incredible job, not only relieving my pain but also answering all my questions concerning preventative care. I left with no pain at all, and a day later feel loose and completely mobile again. I've implemented the stretches she taught me; doing them every few hours to combat the soreness and maintain the relief. I couldn't be more grateful. I'm now kicking around the idea of coming in every 6 months or so just for a reset! Guaranteed if anyone needs these services, I'll recommend TMC!
