High quality diverse classes for all skill levels. If you want to become a fighter TKO can help you become a great one, if you just want to get in shape in a nice well rounded manner with lots of variety but don't want to actually fight then TKO can help with that too! you get more than your money's worth as there are classes almost everyday and often multiple times per day. Friendly trainers that truly care about helping gym members improve. A coach/owner that is extremely passionate about Muay Thai, wants to share that passion with others clearly isn't just about trying to use this business to make money. Gym is clean, has showers, kept in good condition. Good location as it's not far from the highways.
