Needed to get my nails done and the quality of work was perfection! I would recommend this place. Nail tech was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable.

I had a really good experience here and quality work done. The staff was attentive and took her time ensuring I was pleased with the service. Despite the shop getting ready to close I did not feel rushed and appreciate the effort and attention to detail.

Terrible experience. Nail tech did not do a good job, gel overflowing the cuticle and left on my skin (see pictures). I told her there was gel on my skin and she laughed, shaking her head and said it would come off when I washed my hands. Then proceeded to ask if I've gotten gel before. The removal of my old gel was way too fast and she used a drill to remove all of it, which is damaging and thinning to the nails. Poor service and bad nail job for way too much money. Files and buffers looked used and unclean.

In town for business at hotel close by and lucked up with closest nail salon Tita Luxe--settled in for the collagen pedicure in the massage chair and powder tips....the technicians were detailed and took their time to ensure that I liked everything from the shade of white on my French manicure to the shape of the nail. This is a place that actually cares for their customers....everything from
staying late to take care of one customer waiting after me (even on Tet--New Years Eve) to calling another customer who had already paid and left to let them know they left something and would hold it for them until they could come by.
Wonderful experience....tools were clean and sanitary, techs wear gloves and masks and the foot bath was lined with plastic, overall great, clean place and if ever in Dallas again, will come back.

Rushed to get other people in and did a horrible job.
Asked to glue down another tip and he did not. Just added powder to "set it". Tip obviously moved because it was not glued down. That nail was longer than the rest. Told him about filed a bit and got up to charge me to get me on my way.

Overpriced and poor job.
We tried here because it is Labor Day and the usual places were closed, but definitely not coming back to this one.
I'm going to have to go somewhere else to have them redo the polish. Waste of money.

I spent $35 dollars on a pedicure which isn't bad except the service was horrible!
They did my entire pedicure in 15 minutes, no filing or shaping my nails, no buffing, he did spend less than a minute on my cuticles
one coat of nail polish sloppy topcoat and sent me out the door
I've had better polish changes for a lot less!

Took my daughters here and they did a horrible job. The nails were not straight. They made my daughter bleed. They were in a rush. Do not come to this place.

Horrible place the owner lie to the costumers she charge over extra $150 dolars just for a job nail for $36 dolars we comeback to confront the owner and she continues lie to us when we tell her how much she charg she said she can give me a copy for the recibe and she don't want to re do the job or she don't want to return the money so becareful all the persons with these place they never tell you the real price and they over charge you , so wacht your money before you pay. Horrible costumer service, I wish they can't stoke the money and do a regular price and job for the costumers

Worst nail salon ever! Don't go. The deluxe pedicure consists of them washing your feet, trimming your nails and painting them. Worst $50 spent.
