• I chose that score due to the fact that I made my call to Timeless Spa at approximately 8:15am, and was Lucky that Alex answered the phone. She asked me if I could come right over. I was able to, and was seen at 8:30am. She was there to greet me when I got there, she took me back and got my treatment done within minutes. I love punctuality! Alex checks all the boxes, she's timely, efficient, cordial and great at her skills.
