Nice lighting in the hot room
One of the best yoga studio in town, the shala is beautiful and cosy! I also love the variety of classes, as there is something to suit everyone. Whether you are a complete beginner, intermediate or advanced, the studio welcomes all levels to practice at their own pace. Staff are friendly, bright, helpful and positive and the class teachers are all very good, they each bring their own unique style and essence to the sequence and practice of the class they are teaching.
