• I've always had a great experience with both Pilates classes and the physio side of the business and have recommended you to many friends. My only suggestion really would be maybe more support for pregnant woman wanting to continue Pilates through their pregnancy. I stopped going after a while as I often had teachers who couldn't tell me what was and wasn't safe to do and didn't feel I had the knowledge myself to continue. I also couldn't find a lot around that catered for pregnancy so you could find there's quite a market for it. It felt supported on my return following my son's birth though.
