• Walking into your office is very peaceful. I think to myself, I am so glad I am here, even with the long drive. Receptionists are happy and welcoming. Dr. Shannon is the best! She is so very knowledgeable, so peaceful, so calming, so reassuring. "I've gotcha, you're going to be fine" and tells you how explaining the plan. She is never rushed and makes sure you understand before she leaves. I leave totally trusting her and in a good place.
