• Friendly and efficient reception staff greeted me. Care professionals (Kirstin?) administered various tests(heart, blood pressure, etc.) while offering helpful explanations. Clear, informative disclosure documents. Informative postings in exam rooms about the work you do. Dr. Shannon was professional and friendly and addressed my various questions. This care approach is somewhat new to me but I felt at home and in competent hands.
