The cold plunge is incredible—clean, icy cold, and in a lovely room! Plus, Mia, who works at Thrive, kept me company and walked me through my first cold plunge. As if that wasn't amazing enough, she stayed with me and helped me make it to five minutes inside the water! Thank you, Mia, and I'll be back!
