• The people there are consistently kind, courteous, professional and welcoming. The facilities have a calming ambiance and are always clean. Pricing is a little high for some of the services themselves but it's not about providing the service bare minimum. I'm paying for an experience, start to finish, that succeeds in leaving me *feeling better*- which is the whole point. Plus with a membership and intermittent sales it's essential a comperable price point to other places that don't necessarily go that extra step.
