• Well I assume you're talking about the class I did Friday with Renee. I really got a good all over workout. Renee has great energy. One thing is I'm not reality hearing the music. Same on the IG workouts. That seems to be an issue for all the different studios I have tried. I would love to have great music and be able to hear the instructor , but I realize this is a new world for all of us , and we are all in this together just trying to figure it out, so it's not a criticism, just an observation.
