• I walked in with my flat hair after getting my facial done, I drove from NH to see a play in NY and had to reschedule both my appointments because I was 40 minutes late with both appointments due to traffic and Thomas Taft salon was so kind and patient with me. Tess did an amazing blow out job! I was aware that Tess had her upcoming appointment and due to me being late, it was quite tight timing for Tess. But I never felt rushed and Tess take her time making sure that I walked out the salon looking 'bouncy'! Ha I'm extremely pleased with my experience with Thomas Taft Salon.
