• Tess was great. She made me feel very comfortable and in good hands with my haircut. I really liked how she knew what to do with my curly hair and explained what she was going to do if I was ok with it and why. She also taught me how to use the right products to keep it looking good. The young man who shampooed my hair was a sweetheart as well (I should have gotten his name). I have my next cut already in the books
