• My first visit with Caitlin was amazing... She addressed exactly where my problem issues were by using FST and I was very pleased with the results. She was able to reduce my shoulder tension with one stretching session! I cannot wait for my next visit to try her bodywork!

She takes pride in her company and her studio by offering a serene environment. Also, even though she is the owner, you will never hear her refer to her company as "me" or "I"; she always says "we" and it makes you feel like you are part of something bigger than just a single appointment.
