• I have enjoyed being able to use Zoom classes and on Demand when I choose. I feel my flexibility has increased over the last 6 months I have been with This is Yoga, I have reopened my Gym membership and hope I can combine both activities I like the gym for their pump and pilates classes so I will keep both memberships for a while. Its all good for my golf games. Christine
