• I love Jourdi’s youthful energy. She’s free spirited and authentic. But I also love all the instructors. Everyone is different and has their own style. I think it is good to practice with different instructors. All the instructors are super friendly and welcoming. Thank you

• Everything was perfect. Alec Snow did a great job if transitioning us - explained every asana at just the right time. Our breathing seemed to fit into his class perfectly- or he fitted our breath I to his class perfectly It was magical. I can’t wait for slow yoga again next week I liked it even more than Yin and I thought I LOVED Yin 🙏💛
