• I had a great (if challenging) class yesterday. I liked how it was run but would have liked a little more silence between poses to help think of where my body was at and to ease into the pose. The talking was for almost the entire class, which didn’t allow much quiet reflection.

• in particular i have enjoyed the high level teaching of teacher Ari in 'foundation' classes.. a genuine teacher, with excellent explanations and demonstrations, ongoing corrections, making a 'basic' class a high level class.. these and other excellent 'slow flow' and general classes, can be like private lessons.. very impressed..
