• I thought Silas’ class at TIY Clovelly on Tuesday was Beautiful ! His cues were exactly on time, and his references to the ‘push and pull’ areas on our life balanced perfectly with what our bodies were experiencing on the mat. It was extraordinary. Thank you Silas

• general excellence, last class wirh ari - another high level learning experience, 'foundations' class, excellent demonstrations, explanations, ongoing corrections and suchlike.. students after class formalities spontaneously applauded.. while not typically yoga tradition, i also lightly clapped.. only reason for 9 of 10 stars being students coughing on class[es].. ie, 'attention seeking coughing' a condition listed in pubmed, aka 'habit coughing'.. thus high level teaching in very nice space, etc, but that fly in the excellence ointment.. locked in the nice space with attention seeking coughers.. [an within an art based on breath control, diaphragmatic conrol etc]
