• It was great to see Nanyamka, run into Emily, and then meet up with Chris to go to yoga together. Keren's class was great. I met Chris at Third Root years ago. After class we went to Madeline's to have tea with Beth, another friend we met in yoga and the buddhist studies group that used to meet on Monday nights. Third Root a community center for the people in our neighborhood. It keeps us connected and healthy so we can stay in the good fight.

• Upon entrance I was greeted by not only a lovely receptionist but a great aroma. I was immediately relaxed. The space was cleaned and organized. This left mefeeling welcomed. The connected with the instructor. I was immediately in sync with her energy.
