• Friendly, judgment free environment. Used the shared yoga mats which didn't have the usual funk bc they give you this nice spray to wipe them down with afterwards. Class was challenging but really rewarding and I felt great afterwards.

• I am very glad to have found this place, It has changed my life in many ways all for the better. The people who work at Third Root are all wonderful and caring. They Guided me through the beginners class's all the way to intermediate-advanced classes. I try to go as much as possible and when I do the everyday stresses of life in the city either roll right off me or are looked at in a different way that doesn't bother me as much. The physical yoga practice really changes the way I go through life. I was not able to touch my toes when I first arrived and now I have rediscovered my flexibility. I still have a long way to go but I am on the path. Thank You Thrid Root!

• Third Root is an inviting, local community with a great vibe! The yoga studio is welcoming, clean, and intimate. You can find most props that you might need inside. Sarah Beranbaum is an exceptional yoga instructor with a calming voice, positive demeanor, great pacing, and effective sequences.
