• Third Root is a true community based organization. I participate in their basic and beginners yoga. The teachers are skilled, experienced and considerate. There are a variety of ages, physical issues and experience levels in the room and all are served with excellence and individual attention. I plan to begin taking advantage of the massage services next, which are offered on a sliding fee scale. I love Third Root!

• ThirdRoot is an amazing space for building community and grounding oneself in reflective mindfulness-based practice. The yoga teachers are grounded in their own practice and this creates depth and richness, moving through and to the physical/spiritual and social benefits of yoga. The massage therapy and other health/wellness practices make this a gem of a place to do spiritual community work. I am grateful!

• I can only speak to community acupuncture, but I cannot recommend it enough! Julia and Geleni are truly healers. Pulled muscles, headaches/migraines, injuries, sinus congestion, stress are no match for their care, concern and expertise. I feel extremely lucky to have third root so close to home.
