• Third Root literally brought me back to my Roots! I am a yoga instructor & found myself in need of getting back into replenishing my own practice, as the balance of giving & receiving can become challenging. The Iyengar practice with Alicia on Sunday, did just that. It brought me back to aligning, slowing down & feeling all the sweetness within through awareness & simplicity.
