• Every time I come to Theta, I feel like I need to tell ten friends. There are heaps of people who don’t really know what it’s like to fully relax for an entire hour (or longer if you get a massage, too). We are so used to *not* relaxing that it’s hard to get there...floating makes it easy. I would go every week if I could.
