Michelle was so so helpful and Dr Marta was so knowledgeable and I am referring everyone I know to go and get a thermogram. I am excited about all the things I found out about my body and I want to eat better so that I can liver longer so I can declare the works of The Lord. I am so grateful that when I dial the wrong number Matthew called me back the next day and I know it was Ordained by God. When I was driving back home I got a revelation that all that sugar that I've been consuming is just as bad as the crack that I use to do. I told my self that every time the enemy try to get me to go back to all o that sugar I am going to tell myself that That sugar and dirty food is the same as crack so I won't go back to it.
