I have nothing but good to say about TheraWays.
I had torn my MCL due to a skiing accident and was really struggling to even walk. Within 4 sessions, I've been walking up and down stairs with ease, and have regained almost all of my range of motion. I highly recommend Priyal, she is very thorough and knowledgeable.

This place is a one-stop-shop for all your physical therapy, yoga, and massage needs! Priyal is the owner, and she is also my Physical Therapist and Yoga Instructor. She is so pleasant and calming and knows her stuff! I met her Pre-Covid-19 during her One Year Anniversary Event that she had with the City of Alpharetta. During that event, she offered free classes all week, a tour of her clinic/studio, and did a raffle for some of the products she has available for purchase. Her event was so fun and I won a yoga mat and carrying bag! Lucky me! I really enjoyed the yoga and mediation classes that I took in her studio. In addition to her teaching some of the classes, she also has other instructors who were great also. My favorite things about her yoga studio is that it has silk hammocks to do aerial yoga-- one of my favorite types of yoga! This type of yoga is not offered in many other studios nearby, so I was excited to see that she offered these types of classes. What sets Priyal apart from other clinics and studios are her prices and the hospitality that she provides. I have been to other PT clinics where I felt like just a number. The sessions felt robotic and were mostly just me doing stretches and using equipment that I wasn't familiar with. I had very little interaction with my Physical Therapist at all and I was charged outrageous prices for each visit. Priyal is very interactive, always guides me with my stretches, shares lots of helpful advice and offers a variety of services including dry-needling and cupping at a reasonable price. She makes the dry needling and cupping procedures as painless as they can be. She is gentle, comforting, and knows exactly where I am feeling pain and discomfort. I receive my services in a private therapy room that has dimmed lighting and helps me to relax. My headaches, TMJ, and neck/back pains feel better after only a few weeks of sessions. I am grateful for her expertise in her field, and I truly believe that she cares about my health and wants me to feel better. I highly recommend Theraways as your go-to wellness center, even if you live outside of the North Fulton area. She is worth the drive! I've had Priyal both as a physical therapist and yoga instructor and she is the best! Having practiced yoga for nearly 30 years, I have learned more in just a few weeks by taking classes at TheraWays. I highly recommend this studio and it's instructors.

Dr. Priyal Doshi is an excellent Physical Therapist, Yoga instructor and Osteo-adjuster. I have suffered from lower back pain, neck pain and muscle spasms from Scoliosis and cervical fusion for years. Within one month of Dr Priyal's Physical Therapy and Yoga Therapy maintenance program, I am experiencing a BIG difference, and it feels GREAT! Spinal headaches, back/neck pain and muscle spasms have limited my daily functions for as long as I can remember. These symptoms often left me in bed on heat/ice for relief, and no sooner than I tried to return to my regular routine I would find myself in excruciating pain again. This has been a repetitive cycle for years... until I met Dr. Priyal. Since my treatments began with Dr. Priyal my muscle spasms are naturally releasing, and I'm no longer taking 800mg of Motrin to do daily tasks or muscle relaxers to release spasms after a full day. I no longer feel as stiff; have had a lot more energy; and activities that formerly confined me to my bed no longer have that debilitating impact. Dr. Priyal takes the time to listen to her patiens' concerns and does not try to treat patients with a one size fits all treatment approach. I really appreciate how she changes the therapy every time to fit my needs and tries new things each time...it never has the same ole routine feeling. She also helps me push myself but within healthy limits and never so far that I hurt myself. I have not felt this refreshed or encouraged in years! I had never tried Yoga therapy before last month, but I wanted a maintenance therapy program that would compliment the Physical Therapy and healing long-term. The proof is in the results!
