• Float tanks are superb for soothing the entire mind-body-spirit complex and putting the mind into a space to receive healing. We also experimented with the Lucia Light. It's phenomenal. With the addition of binaural beats (which may be embedded?), is the most profound addition to meditation I've experienced. The staff is beyond amazing.
