• I was able to have an hour of complete darkness and silence and the only thing sense of touch was the water which has always been my place of healing. All of these I have been craving to have. I was able to relax quite easily and let go. I focused on my breathing; just listening to the air flow in and out and my heart beat through my body. I have now found away to reset, to let go, to focus on my mental and physical health without distraction.
