• I normally don’t like massages and have gotten very few in the past. I also prefer to feel like something got done and not just someone patting me all over. I am 5 months pregnant and the table was set with all of the pillows needed so I could be on my side comfortably and that worked great. I did a session with Chris which was working on a more neuro-muscular level, he definitely would go right to the spots that needed help or where trigger points were. I felt the difference right away and although it may not be the nice relaxing massage you see in photos it was great to break up that tension. I would highly recommend anyone to try it out. He was very knowledgeable about the body and I ask lots of questions! I like to know what we are doing and he was answering everything I asked and I really felt more educated at the end.
