• Thank you, Chris! For the past two weeks, everyday I've had to take Advil by midday for a headache. Yesterday, I was able to hold off until 4pm (when kids got home 🤪). Had a dr apt with my pcp yesterday too and she recommended to continue with the massage therapy to help get to the other side of this. Looking forward to scheduling my next massage.
