• 1) Ease of booking online. 2) Flexibility when I needed to push my appt back 30 minutes . 3) Front desk was very friendly, which seems to be a uncommon these days. 4) Hairstylist Ryanne was pleasant, great with small-talk, and most importantly, did a great job with my hair. I enjoyed my cut. 5) Wash/Massage to start is also not as common and was an excellent way to start.
