• 1) Ease of booking online. 2) Flexibility when I needed to push my appt back 30 minutes . 3) Front desk was very friendly, which seems to be a uncommon these days. 4) Hairstylist Ryanne was pleasant, great with small-talk, and most importantly, did a great job with my hair. I enjoyed my cut. 5) Wash/Massage to start is also not as common and was an excellent way to start.

• I had an amazing first-time experience at Theory Salon with Nisa! She didn’t just give me a great haircut—she gave me a big confidence boost, too. Nisa is incredibly talented and has such a warm, easygoing vibe that made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun. You can tell she really knows her craft—she listened to what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and the result was even better than I expected. I’m so glad I found her!
