My daughter and I had a great experience. I was a different Yoga class than expected, and Ronna made it AMAZING.

The instructor was awesome and the session I attended was a great mix of strengthening, stretching, and mindfulness. I really loved the vibe and energy of the room as well. The instructor brought a calming presence and was very welcoming and funny. I will definitely be coming back.
