The Zen Den is truly the most incredible yoga studio I have ever practice at due to the incredibly talented and well trained instructors, the challenging and invigorating yoga flows as well as the other yogis who bring a great energy into the studio
Bryna's class was awesome. She's so encouraging and gave a great workout. You can't help but be positive after that class!
