It was exactly what I needed. The instructor was very kind and aware of the classes needs and it was just enough of relaxing and working hard. It felt great. The studio is beautiful!!

Teresa was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and was so welcoming & kind. I loved the class and will be back for more. The class was very full and another instructor in on the class was a bit abrasive. I was happy Teresa was my first instructor.
