• I have tried various studios locally. I felt very welcomed & comfortable at your studio. The space is clean & laid out nicely. Although, I haven't practiced in many years, I felt right at home. I love the ice towels & that the instructors give several variations of poses for all levels. Easy online booking helps me be more accountable for my workouts!
