• The studio offers the hot 90 series of postures which I need. I'm a senior (70) and have injured myself doing traditional hatha kinds of classes without heat. I'm going to try the detox class and possibly flow. I also like the infrared heat! I hope the electricity needed can be powered by solar. I'm all about getting off of fossil fuels and support any green businesses that do this.
