• Well I do feel the instructor could have had her repetitions last a bit longer to get more of a burn in with it being Sculpt, but other than that, I really enjoyed her and the class :) It was great!

• With an enthusiastic and encouraging instructor in Brittni, I've found The Yoga Standard to be a great place to get my sweat on. As someone who does little physical exercise, I generally don't enjoy yoga, but I do enjoy it more here! Great classes and soundtracks, a lovely clean studio, highly recommended.
