Absolutely loved the instructor! She had me laughing the whole time. She led a TOUGH flow and I've been out of practice for a while so I really felt it, but I was glad for the challenge. Loved that we listened to grunge music the whole way through. Ticked off all the boxes for what I want in a work out 💪🏼
I like hot yoga and have enjoyed Brynn and Ozzie classes. The classes they teach are also convenient for my schedule. I'm not happy with the new contracts though as I liked paying for 15 classes and going when I could.
The staff are very enthusiastic, friendly, and welcome everyone. Very helpful.
