The instructors have been welcoming and friendly. The room is spacious and calming. The yoga is challenging but completely modifiable to your needs. Can't ask for more than all that!
Challenging and excellent instructors
Facility, instructor, movements were challenging but not overly so... wonderful stretch and introversion to blow out the week and prepare for another.
